The cost of exhibiting at the conference is $225 which includes:
· One tradeshow skirted table and chair(s)
· Listing on the MACD website with clickable link
· Listing in conference program
· Full day of conference meals and admittance to keynotes and all education sessions for one exhibitor attendant.
· Wi-fi access
Additional costs: $60 for any additional staff attending the booth, $80 for electricity to the booth, $30 for extension cord (feel free to bring your own).

Cancellation Policy:
· Cancellations received before Early Bird Registration Deadline: 100% refund
· Cancellations received after Early Bird Registration Deadline and before 2 weeks prior to conference: 50% refund.
· Cancellations received one week prior to event: no refund.
· Substitutions are accepted at no charge
