Our purpose is to promote standards of practice for Career Development Practitioners (CDP’s) through education, professional growth, and certification throughout the Province of Manitoba. We have a career development culture that supports children, youth, and adults in being self-reliant in achieving their goals and effecting successful life/work transitions by advocating for and providing leadership in the promotion of competent, ethical, and current career development practices.
